AIBO is a supervised customer operations and CRM workspace used by W2M Trading staff to manage business messages, leads, follow-ups, and support conversations across connected channels.
Use Of The Service
By messaging a connected W2M Trading or Momen Medhat business account, you understand that authorized staff may use AIBO to receive, organize, review, and reply to your conversation. AIBO is not a public self-service account portal.
Human Supervision
AIBO may generate AI-assisted draft replies or summaries for staff review. Customer-facing replies are intended to be reviewed and sent by an authorized operator. You should not rely on automated draft content as professional advice.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or send passwords, payment card data, private keys, or sensitive identity documents through messaging channels unless W2M Trading specifically requests them through an approved secure process.
No Financial Advice
Messages handled through AIBO are for customer support and business communication. They do not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.
Third-Party Channels
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging services are operated by third parties. Your use of those channels remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy And Deletion

Service Changes
W2M Trading may update connected channels, workflows, review access, terms, and operational policies as the service evolves.
